30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the same condition that it arrived.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your product is damaged during transit or if you receive a wrong item, please contact our team immediately at kredopaws.support@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue. We will personally arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund right away.

How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at kredopaws.support@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our facility, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
